Paraphernalia

These drug paraphernalia items are sold legally in several stores. These items are particularly difficult to recognize as drug paraphernalia because they are specifically designed to look like ordinary items that might be found in a student's room, purse, backpack, car or in the school setting.

The high-liter looks exactly like a legitimate marker. They come in all the colors the regular highliters are made in. However, the barrel is empty of ink and houses a small pipe which can be removed from the bottom of the marker.
The lipstick tube resembles a normal, sleek black tube. Both ends come off to reveal a pipe. The "lipstick" part comes in many colors.
The "one-hitter" looks like a regular cigarette and can be hidden among cigarettes in a pack and/or smoked while driving down the street without looking like anything other that smoking a true cigarette. It can be made of metal or ceramic; both are painted to look like a filtered cigarette.
The "Chap-et" looks like a tube of lip gloss or Chapstick. There is a hole at the end where the twisting band is located and under the cap is a metal piece that, when fitted with a screen, becomes a pipe.
