1. Help get people of Ice/Meth. Amphetamines and other drugs, including alcohol via a treatment center type setting.
2. Provide an on-going support facility, so that people stay off drugs, (a 12 Month program that includes on grounds living and monitoring).
3. Educate parents, families, schools and businesses.
4. Spiritual guidance.
5. Job/Vocational teaching.
6. Make neighborhoods safe for everybody.

Important Notice: NICD is supporting/funding a new "Faith Based Initiative Treatment Program" to deal with the ICE/Meth. problem in Hawaii. There is an whole other sub-culture on the islands that continues to become more troublesome, and is desperately in need of quality run services for a solution to the problem.
