SPAM & CONTACT POLICY
9. ni-cor.com will not send, or support sending unsolicited e-mails. ni-cor.com' policy is to not Spam anyone. It is ni-cor.com' policy, that all emails sent out with references to ni-cor.com be cleared with the owner/founder of ni-cor.com prior to sending, and that all e-mails sent without following this guideline is sent without approval of the owner/founder of ni-cor.com. This policy is enforceable, as stated, with all parties, agents, and representatives that are connected or associated with ni-cor.com. If ni-cor.com is made aware of Spam like activities occurring on behalf of NI-COR, we will then respond and act on all complaints of this nature in a timely manner. All concerned parties will be e-mailed by the owner/founder, as to the nature of the complaint, action taken, and all concerned parties will also receive a copy of this policy, along with contact information to pursue further action, and resolution to the issues at hand. Any party, agent, and/or representative that does not comply with this policy will receive notification to stop the practice immediately. Any further continuance of said practices is grounds for separation of said agent, representative, etc. from ni-cor.com, and any and all future dealings with all concerned parties will be terminated at once. Any violation of any former agent, representative, etc. of ni-cor.com continuing to contact individuals, agencies, companies, web sites, or other contacts, without consent of the owner/founder of ni-cor.com, will be considered grounds to report this person(s) to the appropriate authorities, and may include sending an e-mail to all parties warning all, and recommending all parties consider filing complaints against such person. ni-cor.com will take all possible means necessary to avoid Spam practices by its agents and representatives, and will also take all means necessary to stop and report any agent or representative guilty of said practices.
10. ni-cor.com NI-COR and nasarecovery.com NASA Recovery, is owned and operated by its Founder and Owner Steve J. Murray. There are no co-owners, business partners, stock owners, split partnerships, and as such all representatives, agents, coalition members, advisory board members, officers, and holders of positions and/or titles within ni-cor.com and nasarecovery.com have no authority over content, direction, titles, marketing, contact methods, and ownership duties, and are subject to contact with the owner prior to engaging in any site promotion, or decision making that affects ni-cor.com and nasarecovery.com Any misrepresentations of Articles 10, 11, and 12 are in violation of the Terms of Use Policy regarding all site and business related operations, (Also See Article 11 and12).
11. Any person, agency, web site, coalition member, advisory board member, holder of a position or title within ni-cor.com and nasarecovery.com enters into an agreement with ni-cor.com and nasarecovery.com by simply becoming an agent, representative, coalition member, advisory board member, holder of a position or title, listing information, providing information, and providing monies to ni-cor.com and nasarecovery.com either as support contributions and/or operating cost donations, and as such by such affiliation are in understanding and agreement with Article 10, 11, and 12, and all policies within the Terms Of Use. For clarity purposes, coalition members are designated as web site listings, and information providing sources. All Advisory Board Members have included their site(s), and also are providing information to our visitors, for which they are not given any monies or compensation for services rendered by ni-cor.com and nasarecovery.com, and that all such services provided to ni-cor.com and nasarecovery.com are done so without charge to ni-cor.com and nasarecovery.com.
12. All agents, representatives, affiliates, coalition members, advisory board members, holders of positions or titles agree that any and all site decisions are that of the Owner/Founder Steve J. Murray, and by listing information, providing information, becoming an advisory board member, coalition member, holding a title or position do so with complete agreement to hold no ownership rights, business partnership rights, co-ownership rights, that ni-cor.com and nasarecovery.com are solely owned and operated by their owner and founder Steve J. Murray. Further more, any monies provided in support of ni-cor.com and nasarecovery.com, or for help with operating costs shall in no way be construed, agreed upon, or implied that said monies constitute a partnership, co-ownership, business agreement, or the ability to provide representation of ni-cor.com and nasarecovery.com as a full or split partner. Any monies provided for or to ni-cor.com and nasarecovery.com are done so without contingencies or business agreements either stated or implied, unless done so in writing, notarized, and with at least two witnesses present and furnished by the Owner/Founder Steve J. Murray. By providing money, information, becoming a coalition member, advisory board member, holding a position or title, all parties agree with all policies stated within the Terms Of Use, and as such agree they have no authority or business rights or partnership rights with ni-cor.com and nasarecovery.com. By accepting a position or title or advisory board member status with ni-cor.com and nasarecovery.com you agree with all terms stated in the ni-cor.com Terms Of Use policies, and is done without exception.
13. All agents, representatives, holders of titles or positions, and
advisory board members status within ni-cor.com and/or nasarecovery.com are for the sole purpose of information gathering and/or information supplying, and as such are not given any authorization to promote, e-mail, advertise, contact, or to make any decision for ni-cor.com and/or nasarecovery.com without a signature of approval and consent from the Owner/founder of ni-cor.com and nasarecovery.com. Any communication to any persons, business, web site, representatives, owners of other sites, and any and all other types of contacts from any agents, representatives, holders of titles or positions, and advisory board members of ni-cor.com and nasarecovery.com is in violation of the policies and procedures and the Terms of Use documents set forth by ni-cor.com and nasarecovery.com. All contacts made from any ni-cor.com and nasarecovery.com representative, agent, advisory board member, and/or holders of titles and/or positions within ni-cor.com and nasarecovery.com to any other source or contact must first be cleared and approved of by the Owner/Founder of ni-cor.com and nasarecovery.com Steve J. Murray. The process for requesting permission for contact is as follows. All types of contact methods must be approved by the Owner/Founder of ni-cor.com and nasarecovery.com Steve J. Murray by sending either a letter or e-mail to Steve J. Murray with the type of contact requested, the origin of said contact, method used to secure the contacts name, e-mail address, phone number, address, and any other pertinent contact information. Approval of said request for contact will be made by Steve J. Murray by a return reply by either letter or e-mail, with the attached signature of the Owner/Founder of ni-cor.com and naarecovery.com Steve J. Murray. Any attempt to circumvent this process will be deemed a breach of agreement of the Terms of Use policies, and is subject to an appropriate response form ni-cor.com and nasarecovery.com up to and including legal action.14. NICD will reject/deny listing any resource that does not match our content exactly. Additionally, any submission for an outside website requesting to be listed at NICD that contains a URL re-direct code will be automatically denied listing and NICD will report such issues to the appropriate agencies immediately.
